Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 Business Days

International Shipping

International delivery times generally range from 7–21 business days, depending on your country and local customs processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

GenkiFuel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your shipping information before your package leaves our warehouse.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Reach out to our support team if you need additional assistance.

While we'll gladly help investigate shipping issues, we cannot guarantee replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We'll review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain regions due to carrier limitations or local regulations.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.


Delivery Delays

Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
